Donna Reed, Owner & Coach
Donna started gymnastics at the young age of 37, taking an adult class from Evergreen Gymnastics, and was eventually trained to coach gymnastics. Donna was Vladimir's student in both gymnastics and swinging trapeze. Prior to opening KG, Donna coached gymnastics in NH and CT. Donna has a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Lyndon State College. For eighteen years, Donna operated a nationally accredited home daycare/preschool program. Amy (Reed) Bedor, Manager & Coach Amy started gymnastics lessons at age four, and competed USAG Level 4 for one year but continued classes in a non-competition program. Amy was also a student of Vladimir's. Amy competed for the St. Johnsbury Academy gymnastics team, which won the State Championships her freshman and sophomore years. Amy graduated from Lyndon State College with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in marketing. Amy is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified. Amy recently completed a coaching course called "School-Age Hands on Training" in Natick, MA. Amy's business knowledge combined with her love for children and gymnastics, makes her a valuable part of Kingdom Gymnastics. Laura Kaiser, Coach Laura found her passion for gymnastics at the age of 2 and has spent the last 33 years in the sport as an athlete, coach and judge. She's taught beginners through Level 10, and has worked at gyms in NY, CT, PA, NJ, HI and VT. Having spent summers at International Gymnastics Camp growing up, she went on to become Master Staff there, helping to manage and train their large coaching staff. Laura has attended annual National Gymnastics coaching conventions since 1997 and is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified. Carolynne Achilles, Coach Carolynne is a math teacher and Pilates Instructor, and is a safety-certified, Instructor Member of USA Gymnastics. Carolynne coaches Kindergym, Beginners, and both Girls & Boys Rec classes. As a mom of two gymnasts herself, she does very well keeping in mind the well-being and happiness of all of our students, while increasing her knowledge of the coaching aspect. Carolynne has gone above and beyond to learn the requirements of various skills, routines, and other strengthening exercises and has jumped with both feet right into the Kingdom Gymnastics world! |
